We craft small-batch, herbal-infused skincare, haircare and wellness products using pure botanicals and toxin-free ingredients. No harsh chemicals—just effective, nature-powered solutions. In keeping with our mission, we made sure to use only naturally derived options that meet Cosmos and Ecocert standards.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and effectiveness. 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! Our formulas are crafted with gentle, skin-loving ingredients that nourish without irritation. If you have specific concerns, check our ingredient lists or do a patch test before full use.

Do you use fragrances in all your products?

No, we do carry unscented products as well. 

WHY WE DON’T USE FRAGRANCE IN OUR UNSCENTED PRODUCTS

Fragrance is one of the most common triggers for:

• Irritation
• Dryness
• Scalp sensitivity
• Hyperpigmentation flare-ups

Your skin isn’t “difficult.”
It may simply be overstimulated.

We formulate to reduce irritation first —so your natural barrier can recover.

Are KNF Creations Safe for Pregnancy?

Although we use natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting with your physician before using any of our products if you are pregnant or nursing.

Do your hair products work for all hair types?

Our products cater to a variety of hair needs, from dry and curly to oily and fine. We focus on hydration, balance, and scalp health using plant-based ingredients.

How should I store my products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and potency.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping times vary based on location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to love our products as much as we do! However, due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns. If you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
